These Terms of Service govern your use of Logbook mentorship services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Logbook provides one-on-one mentorship in AI-assisted productivity tools, delivered as personalized 1:1 sessions scheduled around your availability.

Scope of Service

The service is educational mentorship. The mentor teaches you and helps you implement practices on your own machine and repositories, but does not write production code for you, does not take over your projects, and does not assume any delivery obligations, deadlines, or outcomes you have with third parties, including your clients — those remain entirely yours. Logbook does not guarantee that any specific project will be delivered.

Payment and Cancellation

The 1:1 intensive is a 20-hour package for one person: 10 sessions of 2 hours, Monday to Friday, over two weeks. The package is paid in full, in advance. Time is counted in whole hours, rounded up (a session of 1 hour 40 minutes counts as 2 hours). Prices are in USD and exclude IVA (Mexican VAT, 16%), which is added to every invoice. You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are counted as used. Payments are non-refundable once made.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the mentorship are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute or resell any course materials.

Limitation of Liability

Logbook is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
